RETURN POLICY

We love our customers and want you to feel confident in your purchases. We understand the difficulties of shopping online and will ensure to provide top notch service so you will always be happy shopping with us!
As each piece is made specifically for you once ordered, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or in the incorrect size/colour, a replacement item will be sent or you can receive a refund.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items purchased in the wrong size. We do strongly advise customers to check our size chart before purchasing, which is located on the product page.
To complete your return, we may require proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number. Also, a picture will be required to clearly show the damage or confirm that the item received is incorrect in size or colour.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to our email team contact@antico-abito.com
If you do not report the damage to us within 3 days of receiving your order, we may not be able to honour your claim. We utilise the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.

Exchanges

For all exchanges please email us at contact@antico-abito.com and provide us with your order number and reason for exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds 

There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (between 2-3 days is normal). If you still have not received your refund after a maximum of 14 business days, please send us an email at contact@antico-abito.com and allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter further.
