As each piece is made specifically for you once ordered, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or in the incorrect size/colour, a replacement item will be sent or you can receive a refund.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items purchased in the wrong size. We do strongly advise customers to check our size chart before purchasing, which is located on the product page.
To complete your return, we may require proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number. Also, a picture will be required to clearly show the damage or confirm that the item received is incorrect in size or colour.
