When will I receive my order?

Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping then takes between 5 to 9 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking link where you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Where do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your shipment using the link provided in your confirmation email or by entering your order number on our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Refunds

Antico Abito Return Policy

At Antico Abito, we take pride in crafting high-quality pieces exclusively for you. As each item is produced only after your order is placed, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We only accept returns if the product is defective or incorrect.

Return Window

If you receive a product which is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.Please send clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

How To Return

To start the return process, please reach out to us at contact@antico-abito.com, providing your order number and the reason for return. We will send you detailed instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs, including any customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure the item is securely packaged and shipped using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Can I cancel my order?

We aim to begin processing your order as soon as it’s placed to ensure fast delivery. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. However, if you contact us before production begins, we’ll be happy to cancel your order.
