How to track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your shipment using the link provided in your confirmation email or by entering your order number on our 'Track Your Order' page.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

We offer you the opportunity to cancel your order maximum 12 hours after purchase. After that, production may begin and we can no longer guarantee a cancellation.

Can I edit my order after placing it?

Yes, you may request changes to your order. Please contact us at contact@antico-abito.com as soon as possible. Note that if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to fulfil your request.

Is worldwide shipping available?

We currently ship to most countries, but not worldwide. We are actively working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future! Check out our Shipping Policy.

When can I expect my order to ship?

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. However, please note that this timeframe may vary due to factors such as increased demand, stock availability, or national holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in case of any delays.

What are the shipping times for my order ?

Shipping usually takes between 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or unforeseen delays with the carrier.

How do I return or exchange my item?

We accept returns within 14 days of your order’s arrival. To request a refund, please email us at contact@antico-abito.com with your order details and reason for return. All refunds are subject to approval based on our return policy. You can view our return policy here.

Am I responsible for the cost of a return?

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What is the estimated time for a refund to be processed?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
